Step 1: Prepare Your Request

Before you begin, clarify the specifics of the information you seek. Consider the following:

  • The specific product or service you're inquiring about.
  • Any particular features or aspects you want detailed information on.
  • The objective or challenge you're aiming to address with our product or service.

Step 2: Fill Out the RFI Form

The form will typically request the following details:

  • Personal Information: Your full name, title, and organization.
  • Contact Details: Email address, phone number, and preferred method of contact.
  • Product/Service of Interest: Choose between "protagx Product" or "preciSYN Consultancy Services".
  • Detailed Inquiry: Describe your request in detail. Specify any particular features, functionalities, or aspects you're interested in.
  • Objective/Challenge: Briefly explain what you aim to achieve or the challenge you're facing that led you to inquire about our product or service.

If you have any documents, such as a brief or a scope of work, that would provide context to your inquiry:

  • Click on the "Attach File" button.
  • Browse and select the relevant file(s) from your device.
  • Before submitting, review all the information you've entered to ensure accuracy. Once you're satisfied, click the "Submit An RFI" button.

Step 3: Click on the "Submit an RFI" button

  • Upon successful submission, you'll receive a confirmation message and a reference number for your RFI.
  • Our team will review your request, and you can expect a detailed response within 3-5 business days.
